GigCue Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Otto Sierra (“the developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Mexico, handles information related to the GigCue mobile application (the “app”).

1. Controller and contact information

The person responsible for the app is:
Otto Daniel Sierra Ibatá
Mexico
Email: admin@oniricalsoft.com
You may use this email address for questions or requests related to privacy and data protection.

2. Information we collect

In its current version, GigCue does not collect, transmit, or store personal information on our servers. The app does not require users to:

  • Create an account or sign in.
  • Provide a name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
  • Provide location, contacts, camera, microphone, or advertising-identifier data.
  • Use advertising, analytics, tracking, or user-profiling services.

3. Information stored locally on your device

GigCue may store information required for its operation directly on your device, including:

  • App settings and preferences.
  • Project or session data created by the user.
  • Paths or references to files selected by the user.
  • Audio or other files that the user chooses to use with the app.

This information remains on the user’s device and is not sent to the developer or third parties by GigCue in its current version. Users may delete it using the app’s available functions or by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling the app may not delete files that the user saved outside the app’s private storage.

GigCue only accesses files that the user explicitly selects through the system file picker. The app does not perform a general scan of the device.

4. Third-party services

The current version of GigCue does not integrate third-party services intended to collect personal information, provide advertising, perform analytics, or track users.
The app may use Android operating-system components and technical libraries necessary to provide local functions, such as selecting and playing files. Those components operate under their own policies and the rules of the applicable operating system.

5. In-app purchases

GigCue may offer a one-time purchase of premium or Pro features through Google Play Billing in the future. If this feature is introduced, Google Play will process the payment under Google’s terms and privacy policy. GigCue will not have access to the user’s card number or complete payment details.
When necessary to verify a purchase, the app may receive limited information from Google Play related to the purchase status, such as a transaction identifier, purchased product, or license status. This information will be used only to enable or restore purchased features, prevent misuse, and provide purchase-related support. This policy will be updated before the feature is activated if the data-handling practices change.

6. Sharing of information

In its current version, GigCue does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties because it does not collect personal information on servers.
This may change if new features are introduced, such as analytics, crash reporting, cloud synchronization, or in-app purchases. Before activating any feature that changes how information is handled, this policy and the relevant Google Play disclosures will be updated.

7. Security

GigCue is designed to keep work data locally on the user’s device. Users should keep their operating system up to date, protect access to their device, and back up files they consider important. No electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s privacy

GigCue is not specifically directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to the developer, please contact us at admin@oniricalsoft.com so that we can review the matter.

9. Rights and requests

Because GigCue currently does not maintain user accounts or databases containing users’ personal information, there is no user account to request for deletion. Locally stored data may be deleted from the app, where applicable, or by uninstalling the app.
If you have a privacy question or believe that the app is processing personal information, you may contact the developer at admin@oniricalsoft.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable Mexican law.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when new features, services, or legal requirements are introduced. The updated version will be published at this same location and will include the date of the latest revision. If a change materially affects how information is handled, we will provide additional notice when reasonably possible.

11. Acceptance and contact

By using GigCue, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, you may stop using the app and delete it from your device.
